ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï is Urging Lawmakers to Protect Small Business Owners’ Privacy, Repeal BOI

LITTLE ROCK, AR (July 23, 2026)Ìý–ÌýTheÌýÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï (ÍøÆسԹÏ), the state’s leading small business advocacy organization, launched new billboards urging members of Congress to protect the privacy of small business owners by repealing the unconstitutional and invasive Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting rule.

Last month, ÍøÆسԹÏÌý°ù±ð±ô±ð²¹²õ±ð»åÌýnew paid advertisements in Arkansas featuring targeted radio ads and digital ads. The ads also thank Chairman French Hill for his leadership to protect Arkansas small businesses from BOI.

The billboards, along with the radio and digital ads, urge members of Congress from Arkansas to: Protect the privacy of small business owners by codifying into law President Trump’s order that American small businesses are exempt from the unconstitutional and invasive Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting rule; fully repeal the BOI law, and require the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) to destroy all beneficial ownership information data already submitted by U.S. small businesses.

ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï continues to fight against Beneficial Ownership Information reporting regulations in Congress, executive branch agencies, and the federal courts, working to permanently block and repeal it. If not fully repealed,Ìý32 million small businessesÌýnationwide would once again be subjected to this unnecessary, invasive, and unconstitutional mandate. Those who fail to comply would be subject toÌýcriminal and civil penalties of up toÌýtwo years in federal prison and up to $10,000.
