109 Kentucky Lawmakers Achieve 100% سԹ Voting Records

July 22, 2026

Issues included taxes and regulatory reform

سԹ State Director Tom Underwood said today that 109 members of the General Assembly earned perfect سԹ Voting Records for the 2025-26 legislative session. The total includes 30 members of the Senate and 79 members of the House.

“Small business is the engine that drives Kentucky’s economy,” Underwood said. “Our members are thankful to the legislators who listened to the voices of small business and supported measures to help small businesses grow, create jobs and support their communities.”

The سԹ Voting Record includes six key votes in both chambers involving issues such as taxation, unemployment insurance and regulatory reform.

Underwood said the voting record doesn’t reflect every factor a lawmaker may consider before casting a vote, nor does it provide a complete picture of a legislator’s work. It also doesn’t account for lawmakers who supported small businesses during committee hearings or in other parts of the legislative process.
